The event, which took place at the MPA Training Room in Gunung Anyar Tambak, Surabaya, on Friday (11/9/2026), was attended by approximately 20 employees. The program focused on strengthening participants' motivation, mindset, character, and leadership skills.
Developing internal talent is considered a vital component in maintaining organizational sustainability, especially as the company grows and requires employees who possess not only technical skills but also the ability to adapt and assume leadership roles.
PT Multi Power Abadi is a company engaged in construction, renovation, and interior design services. Its offerings include projects for homes, offices, shophouses, factories, and commercial buildings.
HR Development as a Priority
The leader of PT Multi Power Abadi, Mario Mariadi, stated that enhancing human resource capacity is an essential part of the company's journey.
According to him, business growth must be balanced with the improvement of the people within the organization. Therefore, the company strives to provide space for employees to enhance their competencies while preparing themselves for greater responsibilities.
"We want the company to grow alongside the people within it. Therefore, employee development is a crucial part of ensuring they are ready to take on larger responsibilities and become leaders in the future," said Mario Mariadi.
The program involved Coach Dr. H. Jumadi Subur and his team as trainers and facilitators for human resource development.
During the session, participants received training on motivation, leadership, personal development, and the importance of having the courage to take on roles within the workplace.
Understanding the 4 ON Leadership Concept
One of the topics covered in the upgrading program was the 4 ON Leadershipconcept. The material utilized the leadership story of Muhammad Al-Fatih during the conquest of Constantinople as an example of the importance of vision, the courage to act, consistency, and collaboration.
The concept consists of Vision, Action, Passion, and Collaboration.
Vision emphasizes the importance of the ability to determine direction and goals. A prospective leader is considered to need a clear picture of what they want to achieve and the steps required to reach those goals.
The next stage is Action, which is the courage to turn ideas and plans into concrete actions. In this session, participants were encouraged to build habits of working hard and working smart, while being responsible for the work they perform.
Meanwhile, Passion relates to the enthusiasm in carrying out work and responsibilities. Motivation is considered not only dependent on external factors but can also grow when someone understands the meaning of their work and the role they play.
"The best motivation does not just come from the outside, but grows from within when someone finds meaning and love for what they do," said Dr. H. Jumadi Subur.
Finally, Collaboration focuses on the ability to work together. Leadership is not solely about individual ability, but also about how one builds communication, supports others, and moves a team toward a common goal.

"A leader must have a clear vision, be brave enough to take action, maintain enthusiasm, and be able to build collaboration. These four things are the foundation of the 4 ON Leadership concept," said Dr. H. Jumadi Subur.
Participants Encouraged to Self-Evaluate
The material was delivered through discussions, reflections, and examples of experiences related to life and the professional world.
Participants did not just receive one-way instruction; they were also invited to evaluate their journey at work, the contributions they have made, and the roles they wish to take on in the future.
One of the participants, Rofiq, felt the program provided a push for self-improvement. He admitted to feeling more motivated to develop his skills while increasing his contribution to the company.
Another participant, Chandra, also noted that the activity served as a reminder that every employee has the opportunity to grow and take on greater responsibilities.
He hopes that the lessons learned during the activity will serve as a foundation for preparing himself for future leadership opportunities.
Through this upgrading program, PT Multi Power Abadi strives to build human resources that possess not only technical skills but also character, motivation, adaptability, and leadership readiness.
This internal talent development is expected to support the company's need for human resources capable of assuming greater responsibilities while contributing to the organization's growth.
