This leadership composition is drawn from the seven factions that participated in the selection process. The elected candidates subsequently held deliberations to determine the distribution of positions within the MPA leadership.
Muhammad Faiz Ramadhan Advocates for Strengthening Legislative Functions
One of the elected leaders, Muhammad Faiz Ramadhan, Lc. from the KMA delegation, introduced several ideas regarding institutional strengthening and the student legislative function.
As Deputy Chair 6 of the MPA, he carries a vision to transform the MPA PPMI Egypt into a progressive, structured, and collaborative legislative body.
“To realize the MPA PPMI Egypt as a progressive, structured, and collaborative legislative body for the creation of accountable organizational governance based on the PPMI Egypt Articles of Association and Bylaws,” stated Muhammad Faiz Ramadhan regarding his vision.
This vision is translated into five main agendas covering institutional system strengthening, oversight functions, legislation, and strategic organizational planning.
First, he aims to promote education and the implementation of the trias politica concept within the PPMI Egypt student government. This initiative is intended to clarify the boundaries of authority and the relationship between the legislative body (MPA) and the executive body led by the President of PPMI Egypt.
Second, he seeks to strengthen the internal functions of factions and commissions within both the MPA and the BPA. This strengthening includes five main areas: oversight, budgeting, regulation formation, administration, and the arrangement of organizational regulation hierarchies.
Third, he plans to revitalize the mechanism for gathering student aspirations, which will then be formulated into strategic issues within the Broad Outlines of Organizational Policy (GBHO).
The GBHO is expected to serve as a guideline for PPMI Egypt in determining its programs and long-term organizational policy direction.
Fourth, he intends to encourage the codification and structuring of regulations through a sustainable legislative program. This agenda includes establishing a priority scale for PPMI Egypt regulations for the short, medium, and long term, as well as evaluating existing regulations.
Fifth, he aims to strengthen synergy between institutions under PPMI Egypt while preparing for organizational infrastructure planning. One of the ideas proposed is the formation of an ad hoc team to handle the drafting of specific regulations and the planning for the construction of a new PPMI Egypt house or building.
